👕 Uniforms
Uniforms can be purchased through the club or ordered online via the Uniforms link on our website.
Uniforms must be worn at all competition events.
Tots: Club singlet or training shirt; shoes must be worn.
U6 and above: Club singlet or crop top with black shorts; shoes must be worn.
Required Patches for Little Athletics Members:
Registration Number (2024/2025) – Centre front
Age Patch – Left shoulder
Coles Patch – Right shoulder
📌 Numbers must be securely sewn or pinned and not altered.

👟 Spikes Policy
U11–U17: May wear spikes in 100m, 200m, 400m, hurdles, long, triple jump, javelin and high jump
U13–U17 & Seniors: May also wear spikes in 800m, 1500m, and 3000m

Weekly event schedule is posted on Facebook
Athletes meet beside the equipment shed by 5:10pm
Competition begins promptly at 5:15pm
No equipment may be handled before events begin

Weather Policies
☔ Wet Weather:
🔗Lightning & Thunder Policy – LANSW
If Warnervale Oval is closed by Central Coast Council, competition will be cancelled
🥵Hot Weather:
Cancellations will be posted on TEAM App and Facebook
Cancelled rounds will be repeated the following week

👶 Tots Program
Location: Fitness equipment area (hall side of oval)
Time: 5:15pm – approx. 6:15pm
Focus: Skill development, non-competitive
Supervision: Parent/guardian must remain on-site at all times
Events by age Group
⚠️ Safety Guidelines
A parent or guardian must be present for each athlete (as per LANSW rules)
Only permitted on the field:
Age Managers (red vests)
Starters
Committee Members (yellow shirts)
Athletes in uniform
All spectators must remain behind the fence
Age groups must move around the oval to avoid active throwing zones
🙋 Volunteering Opportunities
Our weekly competitions rely on the help of our members. Please consider assisting in one of the following roles:
Age Managers (Minimum 4 per group):
Sign on near the equipment shed
Collect red Coles vest and age group folder
Return vests for washing at the end of the night
Starters (2 required per night)
Recorders (Assist with race times & field results)
Helpers (Set-up and pack-up of equipment, return trolleys)
